March's spotlights are on:
March Madness hops into town with betting and viewing in full steam by mid-month. You can also see live conference basketball before the NCAA tournament begins with the Monster Trucks at the end of the month.
Headliners include Bon Jovi, Lily Tomlin, a Jimi Hendrix salute by top guitarists and Jay-Z. Garth Brooks returns to the Wynn but this month is extremely slow for Country fans otherwise.
The surplus dealers ASD/AMD lead into this month from February with Hotelexpo and CTIA Wireless 30,000 and 40,000 strong in a month that is not as heavy for conventions as is often the case for March.

- We added a new discount code for Restaurant.com in our Dining discount section (please click on the preceding blue underlined link) on March 8, 2010 which saves 60% off the usual price and has a $50 Orbitz certificate too. This is good until March 11, 2010.
- Despite $10 a beer pricing, Mandarin Oriental Bar (23rd floor of Mandarin Oriental at CityCenter) is a great way to take in both the North and South Strip views. Service is fantastic, the crowd is upscale and decor elegant. Nurse your drinks as long as you can and the quality of the view will make this a true bargain.
- Ra Sushi is an Americanized sushi chain (25+ restaurants in the U.S.) that has a good happy hour from 3-7 (and again from 10 to midnight) everyday except Sunday. The selection is unusually wide with 13 sushi items and 15 appetizers half-priced during the discount time.
Sake is $1, beers start at $2 and go up to $4 for Kirin during the happy hours. Recommended for those who like variety and cheap sake. The gyozas are good and nigiri is only $2-$2.50 with rolls in the $3.50 up to $6.25 (Viva Las Vegas) range. Located in Fashion Show Mall.
- Bellagio Fountains are free to watch and still one of the best attractions in Vegas. Every 15 minutes from 8 pm to midnight every night of the week.
Monday to Fridays, the fountains show runs every 30 minutes from 3 to 8 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from noon to 8 pm every 30 minutes.
